At Al Rahma Sunday School, student life centers on Islamic learning, spiritual growth, and building strong character. Our Sunday program creates a supportive community where students develop their relationship with Allah, strengthen their Islamic identity, and grow in knowledge of the Qur'an, Arabic, and Islamic studies.
"Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim."
— Hadith
At Al Rahma Sunday School, our programs focus on strengthening faith, building character, and developing language skills rooted in our Islamic tradition. Our activities are designed specifically around Islamic learning and spiritual growth.
Students memorize and recite Qur'an with proper tajwīd. Levels include beginner, intermediate, and advanced, helping each student progress at their own pace.
Lessons focus on akhlāq (character), seerah, fiqh basics, Islamic manners, and understanding how to live Islam in daily life.
Students learn reading, writing, and vocabulary in Arabic. Classes use age-appropriate materials to build confidence and proficiency in the language of the Qur'an.
Every aspect of our Sunday program is rooted in Islamic values. Students begin with dua, learn with intention (niyyah), and practice Islamic manners (adab) throughout the day. Our environment nurtures both knowledge ('ilm) and character (akhlāq).
Students build lasting friendships with peers who share their faith and values. Our small class sizes allow for personalized attention, and teachers work closely with families to support each child's spiritual and academic growth.
